Some students prefer to share a house or apartment with other students. In most cases the rental properties are unfurnished but in some cases there are full furnished or partly properties. The student can get the rental properties by real-estate agent or from private owners through the accommodation advertisements. Beside the accommodation costs, student should consider other expenses such as electricity and phone, food, clothing and transport. These living expenses vary according to the live style of the student.
C- Cost of Health Insurance Overseas student required to maintain health insurance, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), for themselves and their family members while in Australia. (OSHC) provides medical and hospital insurance. Most of Australian education providers have a preferred OSHC provider which is registered health funds.
